INDUSTRIAL CLEANING ROBOT
Not a need invented by marketing. An ageing cleaning workforce, proven SLAM and 3D-vision technology, and a complete Chinese supply chain have restructured supply and demand together.

THE PRESSURE
{{ p.desc }}
The robot addresses labour, cost, consistency and process visibility at the same time. The value is not how many posts it replaces.
WHERE IT RUNS
{{ s.desc }}
Cleaning process, safety requirements, payment terms and service cost differ completely between these settings, so each is run as its own segment.
FLOOR TYPES
Brush pressure, water volume and travel speed are calibrated per floor type at commissioning. Send a photograph of the floor and we will say whether it is in range.
JS-C95L500
JS is the company code, C is Cleaning Robot, 95L is total tank capacity (50 L clean water plus 45 L recovery) and 500 is the 500 mm cleaning width. The cleaning line does not follow the JS-ABBBB-XYZ format used by the transport machines.
Full specifications — dimensions, weight, cleaning rate and runtime — are confirmed per project against the current engineering release. Ask us for the current data sheet.
MACHINE MODULES
Core hardware: lidar, vision sensing, an AI industrial computer, an independent safety controller and LFP batteries — for autonomous, safe and efficient cleaning.
SCHEDULING
{{ s.desc }}
The scheduler is the same platform the handling fleet runs on, re-validated for cleaning work, so cleaning and handling machines can be dispatched from one map.

WHY NOW
Upstream covers metals, plastics, rubber, brush materials and electronics — machining, forming, coating and assembly. It is why cost and iteration speed sit where they do.
DELIVERY
Every item is listed separately in the proposal, so you can see exactly what is included and what is optional. Consumables — squeegee blades, brushes, filters and detergent — run continuously, so they are set out from the first proposal rather than raised six months in.
